March 2024 Real Estate Market Review for Redondo Beach
It was a slower month in terms of the number of homes that sold and how long it took them to sell, but a huge month for the prices that they sold for.
There were only 30 on market home sales and closed escrows during March which was a bit of a drop from the 38 in February, but up from the 26 in January….which was very slow.
The average “asking” price was $1,748,619 with the average sold price at $1,765,828 meaning that, in general, homes sold over full price. March’s number was a huge increase from Februarys $1,598,789 average, and January’s $1,565,843.
The average price per foot for the homes that sold was $942.
The median days on market before selling was a pretty incredible 10.
