2023 Year in Review for Home Sales in North and South Redondo Beach
It was a slightly down year for the number of home sales in Redondo Beach with a total of 565 homes selling during the year. The slightly decreased volume of sales was not due to a lack of demand, but more a lack of inventory as there were fewer homes on the market than in previous years.
Home prices in Redondo were impressive and the number of homes sold still made for a solid year.
